Delivery and returns
Written plainly, so there are no surprises after you have paid.
Postage
Everything is sent Royal Mail tracked within the UK. Postage is £3.95 on any order, and free over £50. You can also collect in Glasgow for nothing - pick that option at checkout and you will be contacted to arrange a time.
Items marked in stock are posted the next working day. Items marked made to order are printed for you first; the product page says roughly how long that takes, and the clock starts when the order is placed.
Changing your mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order for a stock item, and a further 14 days to send it back. It needs to be unused and in a condition that can be resold. Once it arrives the item price is refunded, including the standard postage paid on the way out. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces are the exception. Because they are printed specifically for you, that 14-day right does not apply once printing has started. This is the law's own exception for bespoke goods, and it is why the difference is marked clearly on every product page before you pay.
If something is faulty
If a piece turns up damaged, broken in the post, or not what was described, it is repaired, replaced or refunded - your choice - and the postage both ways is covered. Send a photo to dmcpower.uk@gmail.com and it will be sorted. This applies to made-to-order pieces too: the exception above is about changing your mind, never about faults.
3D prints are made in layers, so a faint layer line on a curve is normal and is not a fault. Anything that affects how a piece fits, works or looks from arm's length is.
How to start a return
Email dmcpower.uk@gmail.com or ring 07477 412021 with your order number - it is on the confirmation from Stripe and starts DMC-. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within three working days of the item arriving.
Payment
Card payments are handled by Stripe, who are authorised by the FCA. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach this website, so they are never stored here. What is kept is your name, address, email and what you ordered - needed to send it and to deal with returns.
